DISPOSICION D.P. N° 285
Buenos Aires, 29 de julio de 1969
EL DIRECTOR DE LUCHA CONTRA LAS PLAGAS
DISPONE:
Artículo 1°: Declárase plaga de la agricultura con arreglo al Decreto-Ley
6704/63 a la "polilla del tomate" (Scrobipalpula absoluta, (Meyrick).
Artículo 2°: La presente declaración de plaga será publicada en el Boletín
Oficial, considerándose esta publicación como suficiente notificación a los
efectos del cumplimiento de las obligaciones emanadas del Decreto-Ley 6704/63 y
sus reglamentaciones.
Artículo 3°: Los servicios técnicos de esta Dirección arbitrarán los medios
necesarios para la más amplia difusión de la presente declaración de plaga, como
así también los procedimientos adecuados de lucha.
Artículo 4°: Regístrese, hágase saber por circular y archívese.

Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen imperativo conformar sus cuadros administrativos. adecuándolos a la
estructura organizativa establecida por el mencionado Decreto.

CONSIDERANDO:
Que en el mismo se crea la UNIDAD PRESIDENCIA y l a
DIRECCION NACIONAL DE INSPECCION GENERAL.
Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen
imperativo conformar los cuadros administrativos. adecuandolos
a la estructura organizativa establecida por el mencionado
Drecreto.
Que el articulo 17 del Decreto N° 2266/91 se except~a.
a los fines de la puesta en marcha de la estructura
aprobada, segun lo dispuesto en el art i culo 18 del Decreto
Nº 2043/80.

ARTICULO 2°.- Asignase funciones de SECRETARIO TECNICO, al
funcionario designado en el articulo anterior.
ARTICULO 3°.- Sin perjuicio de las funciones asignadas en el
articulo anterior, asignase funciones de DIRECTOR NACIONAL DE
INSPECCION GENERAL, al funcionario designado en el articulo
