Que acorde con los informes recabados, los mismos propician una mayor practicidad y permiten una mejor presentación del producto final. Que en virtud de la facultad conferida por el apartado Nº 334 de la Resolución Nº 554 del 26 de octubre de 1983, reglamentaria del Decreto-Ley Nº 9.244 del 10 de octubre de 1963, corresponde acordar lo peticionado. Por ello, LA DIRECTORA NACIONAL DE PROTECCION VEGETAL DISPONE: ARTICULO 1º - AUTORIZASE el empleo alternativo de los sellos claves tradicionalmente utilizados por la de stickers autoadhesivos, en los que constará impreso en tinta indeleble, de izquierda a derecha, día, mes y número de galpón de empaque, como asimismo las leyendas FRUTA FRESCA y Decreto-Ley Nº 9.244/63. ARTICULO 2º - Los stickers deberán ubicarse en el mismo lugar destinado al sello clave, y el tamaño de los caracteres será de SEIS MILIMETROS (6), como mínimo. ARTICULO 3º - Continúa en vigencia lo expresado en el apartado Nº 24, Capítulo VI, de la resolución Nº 554/83, respecto al color de impresión que al igual que en el sello clave, identificará la sanidad de la fruta empacada. ARTICULO 4º - Registrése, comuníquese a la recurrente, a la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y Mercados, a la Dirección Nacional de Inspección General y a las Delegaciones Agrícolas del interior que le competa.
