Que el suscripto se encuentra facultado para el dictado del presente acto, conforme lo establecido por el Anexo II del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por sus similares Nros. 825 del 10 de junio de 2010 y 354 del 4 de abril de 2013, y en ejercicio de las facultades conferidas por la Resolución N° 2.162 del 29 de noviembre de 2000 y 257 del 27 de noviembre de 2003, ambas del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y de conformidad con lo prescripto en el Artículo 101 del Decreto N° 1.759/72, T.O. 1991, reglamentario de la Ley Nacional de Procedimientos Administrativos N° 19.549.
