VISTO los monitoreos de Planes Locales de vacunación antiaftosa en el marco del Plan Nacional
de Erradicación de la Fiebre Aftosa 1993-997, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que si se observan diferencias entre el stock bovino, ovino y porcino vacunado y las existencias
reales de los mismos en los Establecimientos Rurales, dicha situación provocaría una irregular cobertura
vacunal con el consiguiente aumento del riesgo de aparición de brotes de la enfermedad.
Que a fin de evitar dicha circunstancias es necesario contar con la información pertinente para
analizar en tiempo y forma la epidemiología de la enfermedad.
Que ante esa eventualidad, corresponde adoptar los medios necesarios a fin de evitar tal situación.
Que corresponde en consecuencia de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 33 del
Reglamento de la Ley 23.899 aprobado por decreto n° 1553 del 12 de agosto de 1993, dictar la presente
medida.
Por ello,
EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- A partir de la fecha los responsables de los Establecimientos Rurales, deberán
confeccionar una declaración jurada de existencia de bovinos, ovinos y porcinos.
ARTICULO 2°.- A partir de la fecha todo poseedor de bovinos, ovinos y porcinos estará obligado a
confeccionar la declaración jurada que como Anexo I se agrega al presente artículo, en la cual declararán
la existencia total del establecimiento dentro de las CUARENTA Y OCHO (48) horas de su arribo al
mismo.
ARTICULO 3°.- Los infractores a lo establecido por el Anexo que precede, serán sancionados conforme
lo previsto en el artículo 24 y subsiguiente de la Ley 23.899.
ARTICULO 4°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
archívese.

Se autoriza el ingreso al país de hembras de hasta dieciocho (18) meses de edad y de machos enteros de hast veinticuatro (24) meses de edad de la especie equina de cualquier raza. Los animales equinos mencionados con hasta doce meses de edad podrán ingresar al país sin examen específico de Metritis Contagiosa Equina. Todo animal que ingrese al país de doce a dieciocho meses y todo macho entero de doce a veinticuatro meses de edad, deberán ser sometidos, en el país de origen, por lo menos a una prueba específica de triple barrido o escobillado, de vagina, uretra y fosa del clítoris para las hembras y de prepucio, uretra y fosa uretral para los machos con resultado negativo para del agente causal de la enfermedad Hemophilus urogenital.
