RESOL-20231259-APN-PRES#SENASA del 4 de diciembre de 2023, RESOL-2025-180-APN-PRES#SENASA del 17 de marzo de 2025 y RESOL-2025-186-APN-PRES#SENASA del 18 de marzo de 2025, todas del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y CONSIDERANDO: Que por la Resolución N° RESOL-2025-180-APN-PRES#SENASA del 17 de marzo de 2025 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA se establecen las condiciones sanitarias para el ingreso de material reproductivo, carnes y productos cárnicos de animales susceptibles a la Fiebre Aftosa, desde las Zonas Libres de Fiebre Aftosa con vacunación con destino a las Zonas Libres de Fiebre Aftosa sin vacunación, ambas de la REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA, reconocidas por la ORGANIZACIÓN MUNDIAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL (OMSA). Que el dictado de la mencionada Resolución N° RESOL-2025-180-APN-PRES#SENASA generó diversas consultas y pedidos por parte de las provincias que integran la Región Patagónica. Que, en consecuencia, se dictó la Resolución N° RESOL-2025-186-APN-PRES#SENASA del 18 de marzo de 2025 del aludido Servicio Nacional mediante la cual se dispuso prorrogar por NOVENTA (90) días corridos la entrada en vigencia de la referida Resolución N° RESOL-2025-180-APN-PRES#SENASA. Que, asimismo, se determinó invitar a los gobernadores de las provincias que integran la Región Patagónica (Provincias de RÍO NEGRO, del NEUQUÉN, del CHUBUT, de SANTA CRUZ, de TIERRA DEL FUEGO, ANTÁRTIDA E ISLAS DEL ATLÁNTICO SUR y de BUENOS AIRES) y a entidades representativas del sector agropecuario a la Mesa de Diálogo y Trabajo, la cual funcionará en el ámbito de la SECRETARÍA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA, en la que se trabajarán conjuntamente los alcances y la coordinación de acciones tendientes a la implementación de las medidas �establecidas en la citada Resolución N° RESOL-2025-180-APN-PRES#SENASA. Que, atento a que en la actualidad continúan los trabajos iniciados en el marco dispuesto por la mentada Resolución N° RESOL-2025-186-APN-PRES#SENASA, corresponde extender la prórroga oportunamente establecida. Que las Direcciones Nacionales de Sanidad Animal y de Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria han tomado intervención en el ámbito de sus competencias. Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención que le compete. Que el suscripto es competente para dictar la presente medida en virtud de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 8º, inciso h), del Decreto Nº 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996 y sus modificatorios. Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA RESUELVE: ARTÍCULO 1°.- Prórroga. Se prorroga por SESENTA (60) días corridos el plazo establecido en la Resolución N° RESOL-2025-186-APN-PRES#SENASA del 18 de marzo de 2025 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA. ARTÍCULO 2°.- Vigencia. La presente resolución entra en vigencia a partir de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial.
