BUENOS AIRES, 27 DE MARZO DE 1998 VISTO el expediente N° 4505/98 del registro del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA (SENASA), y CONSIDERANDO: Que la Resolución N° 327 del 26 de agosto de 1996 del registro del ex-INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, establece la obligatoriedad de tratamiento químico en la parte externa de los vehículos de carga que transiten por las Rutas Nacionales N° 12 y N° 14 en la Provincia de CORRIENTES, para prevenir la dispersión del picudo del algodonero (Anthonomus grandis B.). Que dado el avance registrado por la plaga en el área noreste de la Provincia de CORRIENTES, se hace necesario proceder en forma urgente a la instalación de los puestos fitosanitarios y los equipos de desinsectación sobre las rutas nacionales citadas, y en el extremo del área roja de infestación. Que la FUNDACION BARRERA PATAGONICA (FUNBAPA) ha mostrado idoneidad y amplia experiencia en tareas similares desarrolladas en los puestos sanitarios de Barrera Zoofitosanitaria Patagónica. Que el suscripto es competente para dictar la presente medida, en virtud de lo dispuesto por el artículo 8°, incisos h) y m) del Decreto N° 1585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996. Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Encomendar transitoriamente a la FUNDACION BARRERA PATAGONICA (FUNBAPA) la realización del servicio de desinsectación establecido por Resolución N° 327/96 del ex-INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, en los puestos fitosanitarios ubicados sobre Ruta Nacional N° 12, en la localidad de Ituzaingo y Ruta Nacional N° 14, en la localidad de Santo Tome, ambos en la Provincia de CORRIENTES. ARTICULO 2°.- Facúltase a la FUNDACION BARRERA PATAGONICA (FUNBAPA) a percibir de los transportistas por los tratamientos que efectúe, los aranceles fijados a continuación, de acuerdo a la siguiente escala: Vehículos chasis hasta 3 ejes Vehículos chasis y acoplados de más de tres ejes ($ 4.-) ($ 6.-) �ARTICULO 3°.- Al término del evento se extenderá el correspondiente certificado de desinsectación. ARTICULO 4°.- Exceptúase de la obligatoriedad de la desinsectación, a aquellos vehículos de carga que hubieran ingresado al País por el puente San Roque González de Santa Cruz. El transportista a cargo del vehículo deberá presentar al barrerista acreditado por este Servicio, el Certificado de Desinsectación correspondiente y dentro de las VEINTICUATRO (24) horas subsiguientes de efectuado el tratamiento. Que razones de índole operativo y a fin de continuar con el normal desarrollo de las tareas inherentes a las responsabilidades de la citada Dirección, procede determinar el funcionario que tendrá a su cargo la atención del despacho, mientras se procede a la cobertura de dicho cargo en los términos del Decreto N° 355 del 22 de mayo de 2017.
