VISTO el expediente Nº 1301/95 del regis tro de l
INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por dicho expediente se tramita el desplazamiento
del Ingeniero Agrónomo Juan Carlos BATISTA, Asesor Presidencia
del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, a la Ciudad de SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA (REPUBLICA DE BOLIVIA), entre
los días 4 y 7 de julio de 1995.
Que dicho desplazamiento tiene por objeto participar
de la VII Mesa Redonda Latinoamericana de Tecnología en PostCosecha .
Que los gastos que origine el cumplimiento de la refe
rida misión serán cubiertos por la ORGANIZACION MUNDIAL PARA LA
AGRICULTURA Y LA ALIMENTACION (FAO).
Que de conformidad con las facultades conferidas por
el artículo 5° del Decreto Nº 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, co
rresponde actuar en consecuencia.
Por ello,

RESUELVE:
�ARTICULO 1 º . - Autorizar e l desplazamiento del Ingeniero Agróno rno Juan Carlos BATISTA (L.E. Nº 8 .519. 707), Asesor Presidencia
del I NSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD y CALIDAD VEGETAL, a la Ciudad de SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA (REPUBLICA DE BOLIVIA), entre
los d ías 4 y 7 de julio de 1995, a los efectos expuestos en el
segundo considerando de la presente resolución, quedando a cargo de la ORGANIZACION MUNDIAL PARA LA AGRICULTURA y LA ALIMENT~

Se aprueba el procedimiento para garantizar el origen de manzanas, peras, y subproductos y de la región patagónica con destino a mercados fuera de la región. Autoriza la percepción de un canon contributivo obligatorio aplicable a la producción primaria de manzanas y peras, en concepto de control y erradicación de plagas: Programas de Control y Erradicación de Moscas de los Frutos y Programa de Control de la Carpocapsa. Todas las mezclas físicas granuladas y los fertilizantes complejos (ternarios o binarios) que ingresen o se comercialicen en el país, deberán cumplir con los siguientes parametros de calidad física: el 80% de la misma queda retenida en 3 tamices consecutivos. No sobrepasar el 2% de polvo y cómo máximo el 1,5 % retenido en malla ASTM 4. Las exepciones de lo dispuesto precedentemente serán evaluadas individualmente por el Departamento Técnico del IASCAV.
