Se sustituye el Numeral 27.87.1 correspondiente al Capítulo XXVII del Reglamento de Inspección de Productos, Subproductos y Derivados de Origen Animal, aprobado de el Decreto N° 4238 del 19 de julio de 1968, en lo que respecta al Certificado de Exportación, por el siguiente: "Todo Producto, subproducto o derivado de origen animal, para salir del país debe estar provisto de un certificado sanitario extendido por Médicos Veterinarios del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA), que acredite que la mercadería es apta para la exportación. Este certificado puede ser emitido mediante un sistema informatizado conforme los procedimientos que se reglamenten".
