presentación mediante la cual la firma LOS ARABIOS S . R.L.,
solicita
la
aprobación
de
un
nuevo
envase
para
la
exportación de ajos, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que a fin de favorecer nuestras exportaciones se
hace necesario adecuar los envases y modalidades de empaque
de acuerdo a exigencias de los países importadores.
Que
la
autorización
que
se
confiere
por
esta
resolución reviste carácter experimental hasta tanto no se
conozcan fehacientemente los resultados del ensayo.

EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE

RESUELVE:
ARTICULO lQ.- AUTORIZASE en carácter de ensayo hasta el 31
de agosto de 1993, el envase de madera para exportación de
ajos sueltos frescos de las siguientes características.
a) Medidas de luz interna {en milímetros):
Largo: 394, Ancho: 300 y Alto 180.
b) Cabezales: Constituidos por UNA {l) tabla de 180 mm de
alto por 300 mm de ancho. Para una mejor ventilación
posee CUATRO (4) orificios de 20 mm. de diámetro.
e) Costados: cada uno está constituido por DOS (2) tablas
de 420 mm de largo por 75 mm. de ancho, con una separación entre si de 15 mm.
d) Tapa: Llevará TRES (3) tablas de 418 mm de largo por 84
mm. de ancho, con una separación entre si de 13 mm.
e) Fondo: conformado por cuatro (4) tablas de 418 mm de
largo por 60 mm. de ancho, separada entre s1 13 mm. El
envase se precintará con dos <2 ) zunchos.

VISTO el expediente nQ 1395/92 del registro del
INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE CALIDAD Y SANIDAD VEGETAL mediante
el cual se solicita la rehabilitación del envase de ajos
para exportación a paises limitrofes, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que es necesario promover los despachos de ajos
según
los
requerimientos
de
los
paises
limítrofes
compradores.
Que por Disposición NQ 39 del 13 de junio de 1991
dictada por el ex Departamento de Frutas y Hortalizas de la
SAG y P., se autorizó en forma de ensayo el uso de bolsas
tipo
rejilla
y
en
virtud
de
no
haber
recibido
la
información documentada sobre el comportamiento del envase,
se considera un nuevo ensayo.
Que
atento
a
la
facultad
conferidaa
por
la
Resolución ng 749 del 25 de agosto de 1988 y encuadrándose
f
en las prescripciones establecidas por Decreto no 71.178/35
que reglamenta la materia y los art1culos 6• y 29 del
�Decreto n'2 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991

cabe proceder en
consecuencia.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1'2.- REHABILITAR en carácter de ensayo hasta el 31
de agosto de 1993 en todos sus términos el envase bolsa de
malla abierta tipo red para la exportación de aj os grado
"comün" que fuera autorizado por Disposición n'2 39/91.
ARTICULO
2'2.-
Las
firmas
empacadoras
que
utilicen
este
envase, deberán informar documentadamente a la Dirección de
Calidad comercial y Mercados sobre el comportamiento del
mismo a su llegada a destino,
dará
lugar
a
una
nueva
requisito sin el cual no se
prórroga,
rehabilitación
autorización definitiva.
