VISTO el expediente N° 1078/93 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y CONSIDERANDO: Que mediante el cual la firma FIDENCIO YAÑEZ S.A.C.I. F.I. solicita la autorización de un envase para mercado interno y exportación de ciruelas desecadas. Que es necesario facilitar la comercialización de frutas desecadas. Que es preciso adecuar los envases y las formas de acondicionamiento a las exigencias de los mercados compradores del exterior e internos. Que el envase propuesto no presenta reparos de orden técnico. Que en virtud de la facultad conferida por el Deccreto-Ley N° 9244 del 10 de octubre de 1963 y su Resolución reglamentaria N° 88 del 16 de febrero N° de 1965 y los artículos 6° y 29 del Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991, corresponde proceder en consecuencia. Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Autorízase en carácter de ensayo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993 el uso, para mercado interno y exportación de ciruelas desecadas, del envase de cartón corrugado que a continuación se describe: - Medidas de luz interna (en milímetros): Largo: 390; ancho: 300 y alto: 140. El envase estará conformado por una lámina de cartón corrugado que convenientemente plegado y pegado dará forma a la caja. ARTICULO 2°.- Las ciruelas desecadas se acondicionarán en bolsas de polipropileno bioorientado de un peso de DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA (250) gramos o QUINIENTOS (500) gramos. ARTICULO 3°.- El peso neto del envase será de DIEZ (10) Kg ARTICULO 4°.- A los efectos de su identificación en las planillas de empaque, se consignará con el número 16. ARTICULO 5°.- Las partidas que se exporten de acuerdo a lo establecido en los artículos precedentes deberán cumplir con todas las prescripciones reglamentarias en vigor. ARTICULO 6°.- Las firmas empacadoras que utilicen este envase deberán informar documentadamente a la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y Mercados acerca del resultado obtenido, requisito sin el cual no se dará lugar a la prórroga, rehabilitación o autorización definitiva.
