Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen imperativo conformar sus cuadros administrativos, adecuándolos a la estructura organizativa establecida por el mencionado Decreto, mediante las designaciones. Que por el artículo 17 del Decreto Nº 2266/91 se exceptúa, a los fines de la puesta en marcha de la estructura aprobada, lo dispuesto en el artículo 18 del Decreto nQ 2043/80.
