BUENOS AIRES, 23 de Agosto de 1999 VISTO la Resolución N° 848 de fecha 22 de julio de 1998 del registro de este SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA por la cual se aprueba el “Documento para el Tránsito de Animales” (DTA), y CONSIDERANDO: Que mediante la Resolución citada en el Visto se aprobó el “Documento para el Tránsito de Animales” (DTA), el cual sustituye el Permiso Sanitario para el Tránsito de Animales (PSTA) creado por la Resolución N° 473 de fecha 12 de julio de 1995 del registro del ex-SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL. Que en su artículo 2° se establece que la sustitución prevista se implementará paulatinamente a través de los distintos lugares habilitados por este Servicio para su emisión a indicación de éste, en los cuales sólo podrán emitirse los Documentos para el Tránsito de Animales (DTA). Que en tal sentido, corresponde continuar la etapa de sustitución del documento sanitario allí prevista, en la Provincia de BUENOS AIRES. Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención que le compete, no oponiendo reparos de orden legal alguno que formular para el dictado de la presente medida. Que el Consejo de Administración de este Servicio Nacional ha tomado la intervención que le compete de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 8°, inciso e) del Decreto N° 1585 de fecha 19 de diciembre de 1996, aprobando el acto a dictarse. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 8°, inciso m) del Decreto N° 1585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996.
