Los conductores de vehículos dedicados al transporte de ganado, deberán muñirse de un certificado o constancia que acredite el tratamiento de higienización reglamentario luego de efectuado el lavado y desinfección de la unidad de transporte. El propietario, concesionado o responsable de la explotación de la playa de higienización, otorgará dicha certificación o constancia, una vez finalizado el lavado y efectuada la desinfección correspondiente. En ningún caso se otorgarán certificados o constancias, si no se ha efectuado luego del lavado. Los responsables de las playas de lavado y desinfección para camiones-jaulas extenderán en todos los casos, por triplicado, los correspondientes certificados de higienización y desinfección de vehículos en formularios especiales, en los que se hará constar el nombre del lavadero y/o del propietario o concesionario, con indicación de su ubicación (localidad y provincia), número de habilitación otorgado por el Servicio de Luchas Sanitarias.
