BUENOS AIRES, 8 de junio de 1995 VISTO lo propuesto por la GERENCIA DE LABORATORIOS en el sentido de aprobar diversos aranceles por contraprestación de servicios que se llevan a cabo en esa jurisdicción, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la propuesta que se trata. tiene su fundamento legal en lo normado por el articulo 9º del Decreto Nº 1757 del 5 de julio de 1990, que establece que los Entes Centralizados y Descentralizados del Estado Nacional, que presten gratuitamente servicios tanto al sector privado como al público, deberán arbitrar las medidas tendientes a cesar en tal gratuidad. Que en consecuencia es imprescindible agotar las medidas necesarias tendientes a regularizar la percepción de aranceles que respalden la ejecución de los servicios que se prestan. Que dichos aranceles se deben corresponden con los actuales costos de los controles técnicos administrativos y de las inspecciones que se realizan. Que de conformidad con las atribuciones conferidas por el articulo 12 inciso i) de la Ley 23.899 es facultad de este Consejo proceder en consecuencia. Por ello, EL CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL, RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1º- Aprobar los montos arancelarios por retribución de servicios a terceros prestados por la GERENCIA DE LABORATORIOS, que se establecen en el anexo I de la presente resolución. ARTICULO 2º- Los aranceles fijados por la presente resolución, entrarán en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su publicación.
