Establece los mecanismos necesarios para certificar oficialmente la sanidad de los establecimientos productores de cabras y ovejas respecto a Brucelosis (Brucella Melitensis) tanto para el mercado interno como para la exportación de ganado y productos lácteos.
En la Comisión Local de la zona se registrarán las inscripciones de los establecimientos para la erradicación voluntaria del ganado caprino y ovino (Brucella Melitensis). Se eliminará serológicamente todos los animales por Rosa de Bengala como Prueba tamiz.

Buenos Aires, 7 de diciembre de 1993
VISTO la necesidad de uniformar la estrategia de vacunación en anillo prevista en el
Plan Nacional de Control de la Fiebre Aftosa y en los Planes Locales aprobados
oportunamente por este Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Animal, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que ante la aparición de focos de Fiebre Aftosa en áreas de vacunación obligatoria y
sistemática de bovinos, resulta necesario efectuar la correspondiente vacunación en
anillo en todas las especies susceptibles a la enfermedad.
Que en las estrategias de algunos de los Planes aprobados, no se prevé la
vacunación de otras especies susceptibles.
Que en la reunión del 27 de octubre de 1993, la Comisión Ejecutora de Lucha contra
la Fiebre Aftosa, resolvió recomendar a este Servicio Nacional, normatice vacunar en
anillo a todas las especies susceptibles comprometidas epidemiológicamente,
independientemente de lo previsto en los planes aprobados.
Que corresponde en consecuencia de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo
33 del Reglamento de la Ley 23899 aprobado por Decreto Nº 1553 del 12 de agosto
de 1993, dictar la presente resolución.
Por ello,
EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL
DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1º.- Establecer la vacunación en anillo a todas las especies susceptibles
en las áreas de Planes de Control de la Fiebre Aftosa, con similar estrategia a la
establecida para los bovinos en el caso de aparición de focos de la enfermedad.
Artículo 2º.- Ante la aparición de un foco de Fiebre Aftosa, toda persona física o
tenedora a cualquier título de animales susceptibles a la enfermedad distintos al
bovino y cuyos animales se encuentran involucrados en el área de vacunación
estratégica, deberá cumplimentar con la inmunización de los mismos bajo normas
técnico-administrativas que establezca la Comisión Zonal, Ente o Fundación local
para la atención de la emergencia.
Artículo 3º.- Las infracciones a lo establecido en la presente resolución serán
sancionadas conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 24 de la Ley 23899.
Artículo 4º.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la Dirección Nacional del Registro
Oficial y archívese.

Excepcionalmente podrá autorizarse, en forma individual y expresa a ayudantes de veterinarios a firmar los certificados. Esta autorización, no puede ser extendida nunca para la firma de certificados que amparan las mercaderías destinadas para la exportación".
