Que en el artículo 12° y en la “Solicitud de Inscripción de Alimentos para Animales” del Subanexo I, del Anexo I de la Resolución citada en el considerando precedente, se precedente, se estableció que las firmas titulares de registros vigentes de alimentos que contengan antibióticos, antiparasitarios o coccidiostáticos, deben presentar un estudio de estabilidad que garantice que la concentración del principio activo del medicamento no se ha degradado a la fecha de vencimiento del alimento y que los procesos de elaboración o las condiciones recomendadas de almacenamiento no hayan causado su degradación; y estableció que dicho estudio debe ser presentado en el plazo máximo de UN (1) año a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la misma resolución. Que teniendo en cuenta las distintas aproximaciones respecto a las posturas y soluciones que deben adoptarse en lo que refiere a la resistencia antimicrobiana y la necesidad de adecuar las capacidades técnicas de los laboratorios nacionales para realizar los distintos y diversos análisis necesarios para determina la estabilidad de los productos fármaco-veterinarios en los alimentos para animales, corresponde prorrogar los plazos para presentar el estudio de estabilidad hasta tanto las se encuentren desarrolladas y adecuadas las capacidades técnicas de los laboratorios nacionales para realizar los estudios requeridos.
