VISTO el Expediente N° S05:0024286/2015 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE
AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por dicho expediente se tramita la autorización del desplazamiento de la Contadora Da. Rafaela Liliana ESBER, Directora Nacional Técnica y Administrativa del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a la Ciudad de Las Vegas, ESTADOS
UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA, entre los días 30 de mayo y 7 de junio de 2015.
Que dicho desplazamiento tiene por objeto asistir al Evento anual de HP para clientes:
Discover 2015, IT Solutions for the New Style of Business.
Que los gastos de pasajes que demande el cumplimiento de la referida misión quedarán a cargo del MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA y los gastos de viáticos
quedarán a cargo del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
por el término de CINCO (5) días y a cargo de la interesada por el término de TRES (3) días.
Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por el Artículo
5° del Decreto N° 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, sus modificatorios, y el Artículo 8°, inciso h) del
Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de junio de
2010.

ARTÍCULO 1 0.- Autorizase el desplazamiento de la Contadora Da. Rafaela Liliana ESBER, Directora

AGROALIMENTARIA, a la Ciudad de Las Vegas, ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA, entre los
días 30 de mayo y 7 de junio de 2015, a los efectos expuestos en los considerandos de la presente resolución, quedando a cargo del MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA los gastos de pasajes que origine el cumplimiento de la referida misión, y del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Autorízanse los importes que, en concepto de viáticos, se abonen con relación a la
referida misión, con imputación a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del SERVICIO NACIONAL
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA para el Ejercicio 2015, ascendiendo dichos
viáticos a la suma diaria de DÓLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES TRESCIENTOS TRES (U$S 303.-),
por el término de CINCO (5) días.

VISTO el Expediente N° 505:0021490/2015 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE
AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que la Doctora Claudia Beatriz GONZÁLEZ, Presidente de la Plataforma Alérgenos
en Alimentos, solicita el auspicio de este Organismo a las I" Jornadas Internacionales de Alérgenos en Alimentos — JIAA 2015, a realizarse en Buenos Aires entre los días 25 y 26 de agosto de
2015.
Que debido a que las actividades a desarrollarse en el marco de las citadas jornadas
son de interés para este Servicio Nacional, se considera favorable acceder a lo solicitado.
Que el auspicio antes mencionado no implicará erogación alguna para este Organis-

CONSIDERANDO:
Que por dicho expediente se tramita la autorización del desplazamiento del Médico
Veterinario Vicente José Pablo REA PIDCOVA, perteneciente a la Dirección de Centro Regional
Córdoba del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a la
Ciudad de Filadelfia, ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA, entre los días 12 y 21 de junio de 2015.
Que dicho desplazamiento tiene por objeto participar de la capacitación de "Emergency Poultry Disease Response Certificate Course".
Que los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la referida misión quedarán a cargo
del USDA/APHIS de los ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA.
Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por los Artículos 5° y 21 del Decreto N° 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, sus modificatorios, y el Artículo 8°, inciso

AGROALIMENTARIA, a la Ciudad de Santiago, REPÚBLICA DE CHILE, entre los días 22 de
junio y 3 de julio de 2015.
Que dicho desplazamiento tiene por objeto realizar una visita de inspección a establecimientos cárnicos de la REPÚBLICA DE CHILE, a efectos de verificar las condiciones higiénicosanitarias para exportar sus productos a nuestro país.
Que los gastos que origine el cumplimiento de la referida misión serán cubiertos por
los establecimientos a inspeccionar.
Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por los Artículos 5° y 21 del Decreto N° 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, sus modificatorios, y por el Artículo
8°, inciso h) del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825
del 10 de junio de 2010.

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Autorízase el desplazamiento de los Doctores Gustavo Ezequiel IABICHELA y
Gustavo Adolfo SOTO KRUSE, ambos pertenecientes a la Dirección Nacional de Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria; Lisandro TABOSSI, perteneciente a la Dirección de Centro Regional Buenos
Aires Norte; y Alfredo Hernán ISEQUILLA perteneciente a la Dirección de Centro Regional La
Pampa-San Luis, todos del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a la Ciudad de Santiago, REPÚBLICA DE CHILE, entre los días 22 de junio y 3 de
julio de 2015, por los motivos expuestos en el segundo considerando de la presente resolución, quedando a cargo de los establecimientos a inspeccionar, los gastos que origine el cumplimiento de la
referida misión.
