RESOLUCION N° 119/94 EX SENASA
RESUMEN: Establece que todos los agentes del Servicio deberán
comunicar en forma inmediata a la autoridad regional, área técnica
administrativa o a este Servicio hechos que transgredan las normas
vigentes en materia de sanidad animal.
BUENOS AIRES, 4 DE FEBRERO DE 1994
VISTO el avance en los controles higiénico sanitarios efectuados y los
resultados obtenidos tanto en la lucha de enfermedades de animales
en pie como en productos, subproductos y derivados de origen animal,
y en la calidad farmacológica de los productos controlados y aprobados
por este organismo, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que resulta necesario efectuar una vigilancia permanente en todo el
territorio nacional tendiente a mantener y mejorar el estado alcanzado
en la actualidad.
Que es función de este Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Animal ejercer el
poder de policía sanitaria, imponiendo y/o sancionando toda
transgresión a las reglamentaciones en vigencia si así correspondiere.
Que en virtud de las facultades conferidas por Ley 23.899 el suscripto
es competente para resolver en esta instancia.
Por ello
EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL
SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- Todo agente del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD
ANIMAL que tenga conocimiento de hechos que transgredan las
normas vigentes en materia de Sanidad Animal, Productos,
Subproductos y Derivados Cárneos, Productos Farmacológicos de uso
Veterinario, efectuado por personas físicas y/o jurídicas que estén bajo
control de este Organismo, o de organismos provinciales y/o
municipales, deberán en forma inmediata comunicar a la Autoridad
Regional, Area Técnica Administrativa de este Organismo el hecho.
Asimismo deberá efectuar en su carácter de funcionario público la
denuncia penal correspondiente ante el Juzgado Federal competente
con la finalidad de que la justicia investigue la existencia o no del delito.
ARTICULO 2°.- El incumplimiento de la presente medida por parte de
los agentes de este Servicio será considerada falta grave, dando lugar
al pertinente sumario administrativo tendiente a esclarecer la comisión
de irregularidades e individualizar a los responsables y proponer
sanciones.
ARTICULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese y archívese.

Se prohibe la introducción de pasto fresco o henificado proveniente del Norte de los rios Barrancas y Colorado y al Sur del Paralelo 42, además se prohibe la introducción de guano de todas las especies con excepción de las esterilizadas en establecimiento habilitados y controlados por el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Animal.
