RESOLUCION N° 99/94 SAGP
BUENOS AIRES, 10 de febrero de 2994
VISTO el expediente N° 321/94 del registro
ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y
del
INSTITUTO
CONSIDERANDO:
Que la zona productora de bananas de Argentina se encuentra en
la región del Noroeste (NOA).
Que la región está libre de graves enfermedades como la
Sigatoka
negra
(Micosphaerella
fijiensis)
y
Pseudomonas
solanacearum, y Stachylidium theobromae, cuarentenarias para
nuestro país.
Que a la región podrían ingresar bananas de países en los
cuales están presentes estas enfermedades, por lo que es
necesario instrumentar medidas de protección interna.
Que
la
región
se
encuentra
protegida
por
barreras
cuarentenarias internas, para evitar el ingreso de plagas.
Que la adopción de estas medidas facilitará la comercialización
de bananas en el resto del país.
Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto
administrativo en virtud de lo dispuesto por el artículo 6°,
inciso a) del Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991,
modificado por su similar N° 1172 del 10 de julio de 1992.
Por ello,
EL SECRETARIO DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- Prohibir el ingreso
Argentino (NOA) de bananas (Mussa
cumplan los siguientes requisitos
a) País libre de:
Mycosphaerella fijiensis
Pseudomonas solanacearum
Stachylidium theobromae
Palleucothrips musae
Colaspis hypoclora
b) Area libre reconocida según el
202/92 de:
Mycosphaerella fijiensis
Pseudomonas solanacearum
Stachylidium theobromae
y partida libre de:
Palleucothrips musae
Colaspis hypoclora
a la región del Noroeste
spp.), de orígenes que no
alternativos:
protocolo de la Resolución
ARTICULO 2°.- Autorizar el tránsito de bananas (Mussa spp)
procedentes de la REPUBLICA DE BOLIVIA, en camiones cerrados y
�precintados, los que serán verificados en los puntos de entrada y
salida de la región, según el Acuerdo Bilateral alcanzado con ese
país.
ARTICULO 3°.- Las infracciones a la presente resolución darán
lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones establecidas en los
artículos 11 del Decreto-Ley N° 6704 del 12 de agosto de 1963 y
26 del Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991.
ARTICULO 4°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la Dirección
Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
