BUENOS AIRES, 14 de abril de 1992 VISTO la Resolución N° 131 del 27 de febrero de 1992 en la que se establecía extender los alcances de las medidas contenidas en la Resolución N° 870 del 25 de noviembre de 1991 al resto de los productos, subproductos y derivados de origen animal y CONSIDERANDO: Que los mismos debían ingresar al país amparados por certificados sanitarios oficiales del país de origen, que garantizaran estar libre de VIBRIO CHOLERAE. Que la ORGANIZACION PANAMERICANA DE LA SALUD (O.P.S.) y la ORGANIZACION MUNDIAL DE LA SALUD (O.M.S.) expresan que los alimentos producidos por los países integrantes deben ser producidos y manejados con el más alto respeto por el saneamiento y la salud ambiental tanto por parte de las industrias como de las autoridades gubernamentales que lo fiscalizará Que dichos organismos no tienen pruebas de un brote de cólera que se haya producido como resultado de la importación de alimentos fiscalizados a través de las fronteras internacionales. Que corresponde en consecuencia dejar sin efecto los alcances de la citada Resolución N° 131/92. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo 11 inciso g) de la Ley 23.899. Por ello EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Derógase la Resolución N° 131 del 27 de febrero de 1992, por los motivos que dan cuenta en los considerandos de la presente resolución.
