Créase la Oficina Local de General Alvear, Provincia de Mendoza. Modifícase la Resolución Nº
819/2002.

VISTO el Expediente Nº S01:0372074/2011 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA,
GANADERIA Y PESCA, la Resolución Nº 819 del 4 de octubre de 2002 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que mediante la Resolución citada en el Visto, se crearon en el ámbito del Territorio Nacional,
TRESCIENTAS DIECISEIS (316) Oficinas Locales del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD
AGROALIMENTARIA.
Que la Dirección Centro Regional Cuyo propicia la creación de la Oficina Local de General Alvear
ubicada en el Departamento General Alvear, Provincia de MENDOZA, a los fines de un mejor
ordenamiento de los servicios que se prestan y mayor eficacia en la atención de los trámites en la zona
de importancia involucrada.
Que corresponde cumplir dichos objetivos conforme a los requerimientos de los productores de las zonas
involucradas, las exigencias sanitarias y la producción agropecuaria de la Provincia y de acuerdo con las
acciones sanitarias que se hubiere planificado implementar en cada caso.
Que resulta necesario dotar de personal técnico y administrativo a la zona de influencia en lo referente a
trámites administrativos y recaudaciones, de conformidad a lo ut supra mencionado.
Que la Dirección Nacional de Operaciones Regionales, la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad Animal, la
Dirección Nacional de Protección Vegetal, la Dirección Nacional de Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria,
la Dirección Nacional Técnica y Administrativa y la Dirección de Servicios Administrativos y Financieros,
prestaron su conformidad al acto que se propicia.
Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención que le compete, no encontrando reparos
de índole legal que formular.
Que el suscripto es competente para el dictado de la presente medida en virtud de las atribuciones
conferidas por el artículo 8°, inciso h) del Decreto Nº 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su
similar Nº 825 del 10 de junio de 2010.

EL PRESIDENTE
DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
RESUELVE:
Artículo 1° — Créase la Oficina Local de General Alvear, ubicada en el Departamento General Alvear,
Provincia de MENDOZA, quedando en este acto incorporada al Anexo I de la Resolución Nº 819 del 4 de
octubre de 2002 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, según se
detalla en el Anexo I de la presente resolución.
Art. 2° — Modifícase el Anexo II de la Resolución Nº 819 del 4 de octubre de 2002 del SERVICIO
NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, en lo referente al ámbito geográfico de la
jurisdicción correspondiente a la Oficina Local mencionada en el artículo 1°, que como Anexo II forma
parte de la presente resolución.
Art. 3° — Modifícase el Anexo IV de la Resolución Nº 819 del 4 de octubre de 2002 del SERVICIO
NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, incorporando el mapa Provincial con
ubicación de la Oficina Local creada por el artículo 1°, que como Anexo III forma parte integrante de la
presente resolución.
Art. 4° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. —
