RESOLUCION 58/1996 ex SENASA
ABROGADA POR RS 278/2013
RESUMEN: Crea el Registro Nacional de Inspectores Apícolas acreditados para la Inspección
sanitaria en colmenas.
BUENOS AIRES, 20 de febrero de 1996
VISTO el Expediente Nº 13402/95, del registro de este SERVICIO NACIONAL, en el cual la
Coordinacion General de Programación, de la Gerencia de Luchas Sanitarias, propicia la creación
del Registro Nacional de Inspectores Apícolas, y
'
CONSIDERANDO:
.
Que la Resolución Nº 1067 del 22 de Septiembre de 1994 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD
ANIMAL, crea el Registro Nacional de Médicos Veterinarios Privados.
Que la Resolución Nº 455 del 3 de Julio de 1995 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD
ANIMAL, pone en marcha el Plan Sanitario Apícola Regional del Centro del País.
Que en función del desarrollo de las actividades del mencionado plan, se hace necesario disponer
de un equipo de Inspectores Sanitarios Apícolas acreditados para realizar las tareas de diagnóstico
a campo y asesoramiento del productor en el manejo sanitario de las colmenas.
Que el crecimiento de la actividad y la permanencia de los productos apícolas argentinos en el
mercado internacional en gran medida dependen del mejoramiento sanitario de la producción a
partir de técnicas y conceptos modernos del saneamiento de los apiarios, que no comprometan la
calidad higiénico-sanitaria del producto.
Que por las características particulares de la especialidad se hace necesario dar participación en
las tareas de inspección sanitaria de apiarios a técnicos y peritos especializados y con experiencia
en apicultura.
Que también en otras zonas del país, donde el desarrollo de la apicultura requiere de un control
más estricto de las enfermedades de las abejas, es necesario disponer de la presencia de personal
técnico capacitado y autorizado oficialmente para realizar estas tareas.
Que el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Animal ha implementado cursos de capacitación para
inspectores apícolas, con el fin de alcanzar un mayor nivel en la formación técnica de los mismos y
una unidad de criterio frente a las diversas patologías que afectan a los colmenares.
Que la Subgerencia de Asuntos Jurídicos, ha tomado la intervención que le compete, no
encontrando reparos regales que formular.
Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia en virtud de las facultades
conferidas por el articulo 11 inciso g) de la Ley 23.899.
�Por ello,
EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1º- Créase el Registro Nacional de Inspectores Apícolas acreditados para realizar
relevamiento sanitarios a campo con carácter oficial.
ARTICULO 2º- Los inspectores Sanitarios Apícolas estarán autorizados a realizar las siguientes
tareas:
a) Inspección Sanitaria a campo de colmenas
b) Asesoramiento sanitario al productor respetando las Normas Técnicas establecidas en los
Planes Sanitarios.
c) Inspección y despacho de colmenas con validez oficial en las zonas circunscriptas a los Planes
Sanitarios o en aquellas en las cuales los autorice la Gerencia de Luchas Sanitarias de
este Servicio.
ARTICULO 3º: Los Inspectores Sanitarios Apícolas deberán reunir las siguientes condiciones:
a) Acreditar mediante la presentación de Curriculum, antecedentes de idoneidad y experiencia en
la especialidad.
b)Haber concurrido a los cursos de capacitación y actualización en epidemiología, diagnóstico y
métodos de control de las enfermedades de las abejas, para inspectores que a tal efecto dicta el
Programa de Aves y Granja de la Gerencia de Luchas Sanitarias.
ARTICULO 4º: El SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL a través de la GERENCIA DE
LUCHAS SANITARIAS determinara los procedimientos de monitoreo y auditoria de las actividades
y certificaciones realizadas por los Inspectores Sanitarios Apícolas, pudiendo dar de baja del
Registro a cualquiera de ellos, cuando así lo considere con la sola notificación al domicilio
declarado.
ARTICULO 5º: Los Inspectores Sanitarios Apícolas, estarán bajo la Coordinacion de la Gerencia de
Luchas Sanitarias de este Servicio a través de los Inspectores Veterinarios de las zonas afectadas
a los Planes Sanitarios.
ARTICULO 6º: Los Inspectores Sanitarios Apícolas serán portadores de una credencial
identificatoria cuyo modelo se adjunta como ANEXO I de la presente Resolución.
�ARTICULO 7º: El incumplimiento de las obligaciones atinentes a su calidad de Inspector Apicola
Acreditado, dará lugar a la baja del registro mencionado.

ARTICULO 8º: Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
archívese.
