RESOLUCION Nº 354/94
RESUMEN: Plazo validez de la vacuna contra la Bacillus Anthracis.
BUENOS AIRES, 7 de abril de 1994
VISTO el resultado satisfactorio de los controles realizados sobre vacunas de Bacillus anthracis
en plazos posteriores a los doce meses de su elaboración, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que las cepas de bacillus anthracis tipo Sterne (Cepa 34 F2 o su denominación similar CN 3742)
por sus características, permiten controles completos de laboratorio.
Que los métodos de control utilizados incluyen la estabilidad durante diez días a 37º C. lo que
permite predecir el comportamiento en el almacenaje posterior.
Que si bien la Resolución Nº 705 de fecha 19 de setiembre de 1991, establece un año como
período de validez de la actividad de las citadas vacunas, esta decisión se adoptó en su momento
debido a la inestabilidad que presentaban las mismas con anterioridad al año 1991.
Que la validez a nivel internacional es de 24 meses y en la reunión técnica mantenida entre las
autoridades nacionales de competencia y la industria privada, en oportunidad de poner en marcha
la citada reglamentación Nº 705/91, se expresó la posibilidad de la ampliación de la fecha de
vencimiento si controles posteriores daban resultados satisfactorios.
Que la experiencia adquirida permite asegurar que las vacunas anticarbunclosas producidas en
nuestro país aseguran una inmunidad suficiente durante 24 meses.
Que por ello es pertinente producir el acto técnico-administrativo que modifique lo establecido en
el artículo 18 de la Resolución Nº 705/91.
Que la Ley 23.899 (artículo 11 inciso o) acuerda facultades al suscripto para resolver sobre el
particular.
Por ello,
EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL
SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1º- Modificar el artículo 18 de la Resolución Nº 705 de fecha 19 de setiembre de 1991,
el que quedará redactado de la siguiente forma:
“ARTICULO 18.- El plazo de validez de una serie o partida elaborada de vacunas
anticarbunclosas será de VEINTICUATRO (24) meses a partir de la fecha de su elaboración”.
ARTICULO 2º- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
archívese.

VISTO el Expediente Nº S01:0247165/2010 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA,
GANADERIA Y PESCA, la Resolución Nº 819 del 4 de octubre de 2002 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que mediante la Resolución citada en el Visto se crearon en el ámbito del Territorio Nacional,
TRESCIENTAS DIECISEIS (316) Oficinas Locales del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD
AGROALIMENTARIA.
Que la Dirección de Centro Regional Chaco-Formosa propicia la creación de la Oficina Local de Villa
Berthet en el Departamento San Lorenzo de la Provincia del CHACO, a los fines de una mejor y más
armónica atención de la zona involucrada.
Que en razón de los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo de los distintos planes sanitarios, corresponde
brindar la apoyatura de servicios acorde a los requerimientos de los productores.
Que en tal sentido resulta indispensable cumplir con dicho objetivo con el fin de brindar atención sanitaria
a la realidad epidemiológica de cada zona, acorde con las acciones a implementar en cada caso.
Que resulta necesario dotar de personal técnico y administrativo a la zona de influencia, según las
acciones sanitarias a desarrollar, en concordancia con la producción pecuaria de la provincia y las
concentraciones de productores, como así también en lo referente a trámites administrativos y
recaudaciones.
Que las áreas técnicas con competencia en la materia prestan su conformidad al dictado de la presente
medida.
Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención que le compete, no encontrando reparos
de orden legal que formular.
Que la suscripta es competente para el dictado de la presente medida en virtud de las atribuciones
conferidas por el Artículo 8°, inciso h) del Decreto Nº 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su
similar Nº 825 del 10 de junio de 2010.

Por ello,
LA PRESIDENTA
DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1° — Créase la Oficina Local de Villa Berthet, ubicada en el Departamento San Lorenzo de la
Provincia del CHACO, quedando incorporada al Anexo I de la Resolución Nº 819 del 4 de octubre de
2002 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, según se detalla en el
Anexo I de la presente resolución.
ARTICULO 2° — Modifícase el Anexo II de la citada Resolución Nº 819/2002, en lo referente al ámbito
geográfico de la jurisdicción correspondiente a la Oficina Local mencionada en el Artículo 1°, configurado
en el Anexo II de la presente resolución.
ARTICULO 3° — Modifícase el Anexo IV de la mentada Resolución Nº 819/2002, conforme al mapa
Provincial con ubicación de la Oficina Local creada por el Artículo 1°, que como Anexo III forma parte
integrante de la presente resolución.
ARTICULO 4° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y

Agroalimentaria.
