Que para un mejor y adecuado cumplimiento de sus funciones, resulta pertinente contar con el apoyo técnicoadministrativo de un profesional con vasta experiencia e idoneidad en las tareas inherentes del Organismo. Que, en dicho marco, resulta conveniente nombrar al Médico Veterinario D. Ricardo Blas MAGGI (D.N.I. N° 10.671.539) como Asesor en el ámbito de la Unidad Presidencia, quien reúne los requisitos de capacidad e idoneidad necesarios para tal fin. Que, asimismo, corresponde otorgar a dicha función el “carácter de honoraria”. Que, de conformidad con lo expuesto, el presente nombramiento no implicará relación de empleo ni erogación presupuestaria alguna. Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención que le compete. Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto, en virtud de lo establecido en los Artículos 8°, inciso h) y 9°, inciso a) del Decreto Nº 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar Nº 825 del 10 de junio de 2010. �Por ello, EL VICEPRESIDENTE DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA RESUELVE: ARTÍCULO 1º.- Nombrar con funciones honorarias al Médico Veterinario D. Ricardo Blas MAGGI (D.N.I. N° 10.671.539) como Asesor en el ámbito de la Unidad Presidencia. ARTÍCULO 2°.- La presente medida no implicará relación de empleo ni gasto presupuestario alguno para este Organismo. ARTÍCULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese y archívese.
